Who ships your order?

Depending on the product, shipping is handled by the partner merchant (or its supplier) or by aubaine.ca directly. The applicable delivery time is the one shown on the product page, and orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. In every case, the shipment includes a tracking number.

Tracking, delivery times and special cases

As soon as the carrier picks up the package, the tracking number is emailed to you and the Order tracking page lets you follow the shipment. In accordance with Quebec distance-contract rules, if a product is not delivered within the advertised timeframe, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
