Hassle-Free Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of the package to initiate a return — hassle-free, no questions asked.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Accessories, manuals and included gifts must be returned.
• The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except for a defective product.

Return Process

2. Our team will send you a return form and shipping instructions.
3. Carefully package the product and ship it to the provided address.
4. Upon receipt and verification, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.

Defective Product

If you received a defective or damaged product upon delivery, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return costs and arrange a full replacement or refund.
